We have Whistleblower, the channel for reporting errors, omissions, operational risks, as well as failures to our Community Book, our good practices and any current legislation applicable to CLIP. The system is operated by our external partner, EthicsGlobal, experts in the management of reports and complaints.

In CLIP we expect all Clippers, suppliers and users to help comply with our Community Book, as well as the laws, rules and regulations of all the places where we operate.

Each reported case is investigated to apply the necessary preventive and corrective measures to ensure impeccable operation.

Our Responsibility

  • Provide tools and channels for receiving questions and reports in an easy, safe, confidential and anonymous way without any fear of any type of retaliation.
  • Investigate, resolve and follow up on reports received.

Your Responsibility

  • ¡Cuidemos juntos a Clip! If you were affected, witnessed or have knowledge of conduct that goes against our Community Book or any applicable legislation, report it through any of the channels that we have at your disposal.
  • Follow up on the reports to find out the status and corrective measures of the investigation and, where appropriate, add more information, evidence or recurrences.

Remember to have all the information related to the case, as well as evidence if you have it, asking yourself: Who? When? Where? How?

  • For a more complete report, remember to add the names and titles of the people involved, attach evidence, and other relevant details.
  • You can share a contact to receive updates or request additional information.

When you complete the report, you will be assigned a folio number, save it for follow-up.
